Pros: works well, affordable
Cons:

Pressed powder is a must have for me, if I don't use it, I'm likely to blind someone with the reflection off my face but this stuff works for me. helps hide my under eye circles for the most part too.
One thing I would note though, they have a translucent shade which I wouldn't recommend unless you are truly porcelain skinned. I'm very fair, practically transparent, and it was too white for me.Looked like I got antiqued lol!
